Why did I get redirected here?
Simplicity is excited to introduce an all-new agent center with proprietary tools and single sign on access to popular industry software. This expanded offering is designed to help support agents working with Simplicity across life, annuity, DI, and LTC. Bookmark SimplicityAgentCenter.com
What has changed from the old site?
Simplicity’s Agent Center provides proprietary content, exclusive resources, and leading industry tools to help Agents maximize business efficiency and best serve their clients. It has been reorganized to follow an agent’s sales process.
Will access to the old simplicitylife.com/agent site guarantee me entry to this new site?
Active users of Simplicity’s Agent Center (previously available off Simplicitylife.com) will find their existing Usernames and Passwords have not changed, however, additional business information is required upon first entry.
New agents doing business with Simplicity may register for the Agent Center. Approval will be granted within 1 business day.
Do I use the same Username and Password for the Agent Center?
Yes. If you are an active user of Simplicity’s Agent Center (previously available off Simplicitylife.com) then your existing username and password has been replicated for the new site.
If your username and password do not work, try clicking the “Lost password” link. Enter your email address and click “Reset Password.” If you have an account, then you will receive an email allowing you to reset your password.
It appears that my old account is gone or that I did not have one. Now what?
If you would like to be granted access to the Simplicity Agent Center, click “Register” and fill out the User Registration form, including all required fields. Within 1 business day after you click “Submit,” you will receive an email assigning a username and prompting you to set a new password.
Why do I need to add more information to my profile?
The first time you log into the new site, you will be asked to verify some information and to fill in a few extra fields. This information is used to create a customized experience for our agents.
Will I still have access to the Simplicity Portal?
Yes, a link to the Simplicity Portal can be found on the Login Page of the new Agent Center. The login/password to the Simplicity Portal has not changed.
