If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page. After entering the email address associated with your account, you will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Oftentimes, approval for the Agent Center may be delayed if contracting is still pending with the carrier and not yet finalized.
If your contracting is finalized and you still do not see an email from the Simplicity Agent Center, please check your SPAM / JUNK folder for the email confirmation; If it is there, make sure to mark it as ‘NOT SPAM’ so you receive future Agent Center communications.
If you do not find an email within 1 business day of the contract being finalized, please email agentcenter@simplicitygroup.com.
